Our Camden Public Library Collection
The library collection includes new bestsellers, new books for children, tweens and teens, as well as new nonfiction books and DVDs for all ages.
Ten new computers are provided for use by the public, free of charge. Printer, copier, scanning, and fax services are available for a small fee.

Can’t find the book you are looking for? As a member of the East Albemarle Regional Library System which serves Camden, Dare, Currituck and Pasquotank Counties, you can request books and other items from any of the other 8 EARL libraries and receive them within a few days. Still can’t locate what you are looking for? Ask about our Interlibrary Loan service. We will search the entire country for you.
Community rooms are an important feature of today’s public libraries and Camden Public Library is no exception. Call to schedule our Community Room for your club, group, school, organization, or business. The room is free of charge.
Online databases from NC LIVE, North Carolina’s Online Library, are especially useful for students of all ages, including students attending school online. The library provides online access to articles (many full-text) from newspapers, magazines, journals and encyclopedias using authoritative, searchable databases. Useful website links and electronic books are also available. The databases may be used in the library or remotely from any work, school, or home computer with Internet access using your library card number.
