Currituck Kids

ICAN of the Outer Banks

The International Cesarean Awareness Network, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery and promoting Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC).  ICAN offers mother-to-mother support through monthly meetings at the Kill Devil Hills Library. If you need to talk about your cesarean birth or want to prepare for your next birth, this group is just for you.
